MEET THE therapist

A safe space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Hello everyone and welcome! My approach is warm, collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. I help clients feel supported while building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance misuse and recovery, self-esteem concerns, and identity exploration. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients, transgender individuals, women, professionals and those seeking a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I am a person-centered therapist and depending on your goals, I may incorporate CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create an affirming, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to heal, grow, and better understand themselves.

I have been a counselor since 2011. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University and my Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. I bring both creativity and empathy into the therapeutic process.

A Glimpse Into My World

Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring botanical gardens, caring for my ever-growing collection of plants, gardening and painting. I live in Florida and love spending time with my wife, our two dogs, and our cat. I find peace in nature, art, and music, and believe our surroundings can play an important role in supporting our mental and emotional well-being.

Fun facts: I'm a classically trained singer and dancer!
